Meghan Markle and Prince Harry ended their whirlwind Colombia tour on a colorful, celebratory note. As the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the Petronio Music Festival in Cali as their final engagement on Sunday, August 18, the Suits alum brightened up the festivities in a feel-good color palette. Markle looked radiant as she chose yet another outfit from a Colombian designer to close out her time in the Latin American country.

The actress-turned-entrepreneur changed out of her Silvia Tcherassi sequin skirt and collared shirt combo that she wore earlier in the day for the evening’s engagement, stepping out in an emerald green-and-white graphic dress that was a lesson in dopamine dressing. The Andres Otalora number broke from royal style protocol with barely-there spaghetti straps and a bold, head-turning print.

The dress’s fitted bodice complemented Markle’s figure with a flower-inspired design in the front and a drop-waist fit before flaring out into a pleated, mermaid-style skirt at the top of her thighs. While the American Riviera Orchard founder has been beating the heat in a number of updo styles, including a messy ballerina bun and a sleek side-parted ponytail, Markle wore her dark locks down in natural waves for her final appearance in Colombia alongside Prince Harry.

Wearing her signature smoky eye and bronzed contour for the occasion, the former actress kept the gold fan earrings she’d sported earlier—reportedly a gift from Colombia’s vice president—and Princess Diana's Cartier Tank Française watch. Markle wore the sentimental timepiece one day earlier along with an all-white outfit while visiting the Afro-Caribbean village of San Basilio de Palenque in Cartagena.

The Duke of Sussex kept with his Colombia blue shirt style streak for the couple’s final evening, wearing an indigo button-up shirt with black slacks.

The Petronio Music Festival, which recognizes Colombia’s Afro-Colombian heritage through music, food, art, and style activations, was a fitting close to the couple’s trip, which began in Bogotá on Thursday. On Sunday morning, a beaming Markle—who called this era of her life her “chapter of joy”—expressed her gratitude for the “embrace from Colombia” while speaking at the Afro-Descendant Women and Power: Voices of Equity summit.

“The culture, the history—all of it—was a dream,” she said as she joined Vice President Francia Márquez and author Binaifer Nowrojee onstage. “This trip was a dream. I can feel this community, and this is the feeling that is the best thing right now.”
