Paris Hilton Is Sliving in a Silver Dress and Wet Hair at the 2024 MTV VMAs
Paris Hilton will be presenting an award at tonight’s MTV VMAs, and she made a splash on the red carpet to kick off her evening. The multi-hyphenate arrived in a glittering ripped silver dress with a matching clutch and a sleek wet-hair look.
She’s in good company tonight—other presenters include Jordan Chiles and Tinashe, as well as actresses Halle Bailey and Suki Waterhouse.
The last time Hilton attended the VMAs was in 2022, when she also stepped onto the carpet in silver; then, she wore a shorter dress encrusted in shiny spikes, mirrors, and crystals.
Paris Hilton released her second-ever studio album, Infinite Icon, just a few days ago on September 6. Hilton explained in a recent interview with Nylon that the songs offer a more intimate view into her life. “People don’t see me as that [dumb blond] character anymore,” Hilton said. “They see me as a human being with feelings, that I’m real and I’m vulnerable and honest. Now people can see me in a different way when it comes to music as well.”
“I’ve been on this whole path of self-discovery the past few years, with my documentary, my memoir, and now with this album,” she added. “I’m reclaiming my story. That voice is the more playful side of me. I’ll do it if I’m shy, or if I’m just having fun. It’s part of my personality, so I think it’s going to be part of me forever.”
