Christina Hall has considerable assets in play in her divorce from Josh Hall.

Here's what could be at stake for the HGTV star, whose estranged husband filed for divorce last week after just under three years of marriage.

Court documents filed by Christina on Wednesday, July 24, responding to Josh's filing list all the properties she owns solely and those in which Josh also has ownership.

The $12 million Newport Beach home she and Josh purchased in 2022 is the most significant. This property was purchased by in May 2022, according to real estate records, 7 months after the pair secretly tied the knot in October 2021.

She shared a glimpse inside their new home on Instagram in June 2022, writing, “"Home Sweet Home. No furniture, no decor, just love," alongside a snap of the pair embracing in the abode.

The same month, the Christina on the Coast star gave her Instagram followers a video tour of the new space, writing "Celebrating and settling in. Absolutely obsessed with our new home. Finally all boxes are checked."

Just before the purchase of the Newport Beach house, Christina sold her former Dana Point, Calif. property for $11.5 million, PEOPLE previously confirmed in April 2022.

The proceeds from the sale of that 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom property are also included on her list of assets, but are noted as "separate," belonging solely to Christina.

The other properties listed under assets owned "separately" by Christina include a condo in downtown Nashville and her Tennessee farmhouse, which serves as the setting for her HGTV spinoff Christina in the Country.

She was the sole buyer of the house, in February 2021, and the condo, in December 2021, according to property records obtained by PEOPLE.

In 2023, Christina told the Associated Press that there’s a “misconception” that she spends more time at the Franklin, Tennessee, vacation house than she really does. “When we go there, we mostly cook at home, have quiet time and we'll be on our property," she said, adding that when her family films there, they’re “packing it in.” When the family is not in Tennessee, the home is regularly rented out.

The document also lists any unnamed properties acquired by Christina before her marriage to Josh or after their separation, as solely hers.

The filing includes a separate list of "community," or shared assets Christina owns with Josh. The couple's Newport Beach home and a portion of an undeveloped lot in Thompson Station, Tenn., appear on both lists, indicating that Josh has some stake in them.

Josh appeared alongside his wife on her HGTV shows Christina on the Coast and Christina in the Country, both of which he’s appeared on and served as a consulting producer for.

His future involvement with a third show, The Flip Off, is currently unclear. The HGTV competition series he was set to star in alongside Christina, her ex husband Tarek El Moussa and Tarek's current wife, Heather El Moussa, was announced in May, two months prior to Josh's divorce filing.

Multiple sources confirmed to PEOPLE on July 23 that in the wake of the split, the show is continuing to film without Josh.

Christina and Josh also launched their own production company together, called Unbroken Productions, in 2022. Deadline reported in 2023 that Unbroken was working on the series Coastal Crazy Rich Agents.

Josh filed for divorce on July 15 citing "irreconcilable differences," according to documents obtained by PEOPLE.

The couple officially tied the knot on Oct. 6, 2021, and their "date of separation" is listed as July 8, 2024, in Josh's filing and July 7, 2024, in Christina's.

Josh is requesting spousal support from Christina, while Christina is requesting neither party be able to receive support.
