Lisa Vanderpump is celebrating her birthday with her favorite grandson.

On Monday, Sept. 16, the Vanderpump Rules alum, 64, shared a sweet photo on her Instagram of herself with her 2-year-old grandson Teddy as she blew out her birthday candles.

Vanderpump held Teddy in her lap, who adorably wore a white button-up shirt and a black vest and smiled as his grandma leaned in over an ice cream dish.

"The perfect weekend celebrating my birthday with my Paws and family! 🎂," Vanderpump, who calls her grandson "Teddy Paws," wrote in the caption.

Teddy is the son of Vanderpump's daughter Pandora and her husband Jason Sabo.

Last May, Vanderpump shared an adorable photo on Instagram of her and her grandson, Teddy.

In the sweet snap, Vanderpump smiled next to Teddy, who looked too cute in a powder blue blazer over a striped button-down.

"My little Teddy Wolf #obsessivelove #littleman," she captioned the post.

For his first birthday in November 2022, Teddy posed for photos with his mom and grandmother amidst a sea of giant teddy bears.

"Happy First Birthday Teddy!," Vanderpump wrote as part of the caption of her post for his birthday.

She continued, "Theodore's Teddy Bear Picnic was a dream 😍🧸 Love my little man! Thank you to @giantteddy for the bears! And everyone for making it so special 💕."
