Live updates: Augusta-area high school football scoreboard for Week 2

It's the second week of high school football action in the Augusta area.

Week 1 featured some quality matchups as area teams got their feet wet, but the marathon continues as teams prepare to lace their cleats up for Week 2.

The big-ticket matchups include North Augusta traveling to Thomson, Hephzibah hosting Laney, Greenbrier welcoming cross-county rival Grovetown and Aquinas introducing its new-look football stadium against Bryan County.

We'll have a handful of Thursday games this year, kicking off this week as Augusta Christian hosts John Milledge Academy at 7:30.
