Now get outside and celebrate this change of season and attitude with dancing at the Kravis Center; enjoy great beer, delicious 'cue and live music at Oktoberque at Tequesta Brewing Co.; and have a blast with multiple bands at Ravish in Lantana at Party Wave 2024.

In addition to the top five events listed there's always something great happening at places like The Norton Museum of Art or the Maltz Jupiter Theatre. On top of that you could always just enjoy a great meal with an equally great view at one of Palm Beach County's waterfront restaurants from Jupiter to Boca Raton. This coast-to-coast event, in collaboration with the American Dance Movement, celebrates the joys and benefits of dance. From the beats of African dance to the lively steps of country fusion line dance, this lineup offers something for every mover, from beginners to seasoned dancers. The day will culminate in a high-energy session led by "So You Think You Can Dance" season 18 runner up Dakayla Wilson.

2. Oktoberque at Tequesta Brewing Co.

Oktoberque will be held Saturday, Sept. 21 at Tequesta Brewing Co. It will feature multiple Bavarian lagers along with excellent 'cue provided by chef Tommy Neville of NEVS Barbecue.

Chef Tommy Nevill of Nevs Barbecue in Palm Beach Gardens will be rolling the smoker into the village of Tequesta at Tequesta Brewing for a great party. Pairing with that sliced brisket, pulled pork, cracked pepper sausage and more will be several classically-brewed Bavarian lagers including What the Hell (Helles), Vantoberfest (Marzen), Schwartzy (Schwartzbier) and a special release of double dry hopped Mosaic Helles. JM and the Sweets will be providing the beat.

3. Royal Palm Food Truck Expo and Concert featuring The People Upstairs

Kick the weekend off properly with this one-stop shop for good times featuring food trucks, a beautiful setting and great music by The People Upstairs. Food and drink trucks will include Chomp it Up, Awesome Empanadas, Island Flava, RPB Ice Cream, Ali & Jax Shave Shack, 681 Bites, Best Pizza Heaven and more.

Held at the culinary coolness zone known as Ravish in Lantana, this concert will feature Joey Calderaio and the Future Buds, CLOUD9 VIBES, Vibes Farm, The Holidazed and Weird At First. Ravish will be featuring a gourmet sandwich pop up created by their executive chef, Johnny DeMartini entitled “Off Ocean, On a Roll.” pricing will range from $15 to $20. There will also be a tropical-themed cocktail list and Red Stripe will be the event beer sponsor and offered at $5.

5. Legends on the Lawn featuring Melina Almodóvar

This Puerto Rican salsa singer, songwriter, dancer and entertainer will get the energy level flowing with her classic salsa moves and songs. Be immersed in this Latin groove at the Canyon Amphitheater and dance the night away.

Bonus: Hurricane Ready Rally with the American Red Cross

Held at Hurricane Grill & Wings in Compson Place at Renaissance Commons, the event will feature a chance to win raffle prizes, information on hurricane preparedness, a chance to explore the American Red Cross Disaster Response Vehicle and more. There will also be specialty-themed cocktails for purchase including their hurricane margarita made with 1800 Blanco and their array of signature drinks from the Cat 1 to the Cat 5.
