'The Lord of the Rings' actor Elijah Wood spotted dining in RI again. Here's where he ate

This "The Lord of the Rings" star was just spotted at a second Newport restaurant this week.

Actor Elijah Wood, who played Frodo Baggins, the hobbit who carried the One Ring in the "Lord of the Rings" movie trilogy, showed up in a picture posted to the Instagram page of Corner Cafe, a Newport restaurant.

"Lord of the Rings star Elijah Wood “ Frodo ” stops in and takes a selfie with the corner cafe staff," the post said.

This isn't Wood's first outing in New England, as one of his breakout roles as a child actor was in the 1993 film "The Good Son" with Macaulay Culkin, which was filmed primarily in Massachusetts.

Wood is also no newcomer to the Ocean State, as he was also at the 2019 Rhode Island Comic Con as a guest celebrity.

You can find Corner Cafe at 110 Broadway, Newport, RI 02840.

What does Elijah Wood do now?

While he is most known for his role as Frodo in "The Fellowship of the Ring," "The Two Towers," and "The Return of the King," Wood is still active in Hollywood.

In his most recent film, "Bookworm," Wood plays a washed-up magician named Strawn Wise as he tries to take care of his daughter Mildred in an adventure of discovery and family bonding.
