Lucas Bravo once had a memorable trip to George Clooney’s summer home after they met while filming their comedy Ticket to Paradise.

During a PEOPLE in 10 interview with Senior Movies News Editor Nigel Smith in New York City, the French actor, 36, calls Clooney “just superhuman. He's the kindest, most generous, playful, ‘no man left behind,’ beautiful soul I've ever met.”

TheEmily in Paris star has equal praise for Julia Roberts, who played his onscreen love interest in director and co-writer Ol Parker’s 2022 hit rom-com Ticket to Paradise. “Honestly, I fell in love with these people,” he quips. “I don't know what I did to deserve such guidance and protection from them, but they really took me under their wings.”

In the case of Clooney, 63, taking Bravo under his wing meant quite the exclusive invitation. “He invited me to his summer house last summer,” recalls the actor with a smile.

And they weren’t alone, he adds: “Brad Pitt was there. First time meeting the Pitt. Sexy man.”

Bravo, following up Ticket to Paradise with a lead role in Freedom (on Prime Video Nov. 1), says Clooney’s open-armed support left a lasting impression on him. “To see that level of generosity and human connection on someone that is so established gave me so much stamina for the rest of my career.”

The Oscar winner’s behavior, on and off set, “allowed me to believe that you can still be kind and you don't have to step on people to make it in this industry,” concludes Bravo.
