Man charged with rape attack in park
A man has been charged with raping a woman in a park.
The attack happened at 04:00 BST on Wednesday in Albert Park in MIddlesbrough.
Cleveland Police officers later arrested a 30-year-old man from the local area on suspicion of rape and he has now been formally charged.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear before Teesside Magistrates' Court on Monday.
