Mariah Carey and Olivia Rodrigo Twin in Spectacularly Sequined Looks

Mariah Carey and Olivia Rodrigo are the unexpected style duo we never knew we needed.
The two pop stars linked up backstage at one of Rodrigo’s recent Guts World Tour shows. For the meet-and-greet, Carey brought along her 13-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, whom she shares with ex Nick Cannon.
Carey and Rodrigo happened to coordinate their outfits in separate sequined looks. The “Always Be My Baby” singer opted for a flashy bedazzled minidress covered almost entirely in sparkly black sequins. The front of the dress featured a colorful embroidered and sequined illustration of a warrior. Carey paired the look transparent black tights, black knee-high leather boots, and a diamond-encrusted bracelet.
Meanwhile, Rodrigo wore one of her signature Guts Tour looks: a pair of rhinestone-embellished hot shorts layered over transparent distressed black tights emblazoned with a bedazzled star pattern. Up top, she wore a personalized white ribbed tank top that read in bold orange font: “peace up! atown down.”
“We are OBSESSED with @oliviarodrigo 🔥❤️,” Carey wrote of their meeting on Instagram.
Rodrigo commented, “ur the absolute greatest!!! thank u sm for coming❤️❤️❤️.”
Monroe also shared pictures and videos from the concert to her own Instagram account. The teen even matched with Rodrigo in transparent, star-embellished tights, though she styled hers with an oversize concert merch T-shirt and a black skirt.
“This is so late but last tuesday was the best night of my life WHATT,” Monroe captioned her post. “Like @oliviarodrigo i love u so much i had the time of my life it was a dream fr (i need to be quiet when i recordddd 😭)”
