Why chosen: Hibbard, an Arkansas State signee, hit .377 and won seven games on the mound with a 1.79 ERA for the Tigers.

Pitcher | Jr.

Why chosen: Farr went 8-2 with a 0.82 ERA and 94 strikeouts in 60 innings pitched for the Trojans. The Arkansas commitment also hit .367 with 37 RBIs.

Jack Gleason

Why chosen: Gleason went 5-1 with three shutouts and a 1.27 ERA for the Division II-AA state champion Saints. The righthander struck out 73 in 45.2 innings pitched.

Why chosen: Brick helped lead the Purple Wave to the Division II-AA championship game with a .330 average and 35 RBIs.

Britt Fowler

Why chosen: Fowler helped the Tigers advance to the Class 4A state tournament with a .365 batting average.

Kody Gilmore

Why chosen: The Patriots were MHSAA Class 7A playoff-bound behind the efforts of Gilmore, who hit .412 with 31 RBIs.

Why chosen: Martin hit a team-high .373 for the Mustangs, while also registering 33 RBIs, 44 runs scored and 34 stolen bases.

Why chosen: Romine guided the Tigers to the MHSAA Class 7A state championship series by hitting .372 with nine home runs and 36 RBIs.

Why chosen: Boswell batted .412 with 22 RBIs, 27 runs scored and 15 stolen bases for the Cougars.
