Michael Strahan has been open about his daughter Isabella's cancer journey since they revealed it in January, but one celebrity had a touching moment with him about his own health struggle.

On the July 10 taping of Good Morning America, Michael was among the journalists interviewing Kevin Jonas and Franklin "Frankie" Jonas about Claim to Fame season 3. The discussion eventually turned to Kevin's health, as he went on Instagram in June to document the removal of a common form of skin cancer called basal cell carcinoma from his forehead. As Kevin explained, someone behind the scenes of the hit ABC series suggested he go to the dermatologist to check it out.

"I discovered I had [basal] cell carcinoma and they just got it removed," he explained to Michael, George Stephanopoulos and Lara Spencer in a clip posted on Instagram. "It was on my forehead, but it was crazy. I was getting ready to do this show, and we were filming every day, so I was in hair and makeup and all that stuff. Someone noticed it and was like, 'You should get that checked.'"

As everyone in the room listened to Kevin's story, he turned to Michael to acknowledge how his health scare was very different from Isabella's aggressive battle with the rare childhood cancer medulloblastoma.

"It's nothing compared to everything you've gone through this year," Kevin said. "Everything going alright?"

"Everything is good. We appreciate you," Michael replied.

"Please send her our love. You know we're big fans of your family," Kevin concluded.

When folks witnessed this touching moment between Kevin and Michael on the air, they loved seeing how Kevin spoke about Isabella in his own interview.

"He was so sweet to acknowledge Michael’s daughter ❤️," one person wrote. "This is why he has ALWAYS been my favorite ❤️🔥," another declared. "Kevin is the sweetest ❤️," a different follower added.

As for Isabella's cancer treatment, Michael excitedly shared his daughter completed her final round of chemotherapy in mid-June after starting treatment in October 2023.
