Missing 15-year-old Iowa girl found safe after Amber Alert
The 15-year-old girl from Tuesday evening's Amber Alert has been found.
An Amber Alert was issued just after 7 p.m. Tuesday for Ophelia Anne Barton, who had allegedly been abducted in Iowa City. The suspect was identified as Lindsay Anne White, who was driving a blue 2014 Jeep Compass Sport with Iowa plates.
Barton was safely located at around 8:15 p.m., according to a social media post from Iowa State Patrol.
Additional details were not available Tuesday night.
