Did you have Negroni Week on your calendar? Running from Sept. 16 - 22, bars and restaurants across the country are celebrating the classic cocktail, including several Columbus eateries. Speck, Veritas and the Citizens Trust are collaborating on a Negroni Trail, where you can try a riff on the classic at each location, receive a stamp on your Negroni Trail postcard and then enter a drawing for a $200 gift card to one of the restaurants. Derive Brewing Company is selling three takes on the cocktail featuring a strawberry, barrel-aged and prosecco version. Check the Negroni Week website for a full list of area participants.
