Baskin-Robbins drops a Halloween-themed pizza made out of ice cream and cookies

Have you always dreamed of ordering pizza for dessert? This month, you can. It's brand-new Spooktacular Polar Pizza is one of two festive additions to its October menu.

On Sept. 30, Baskin-Robbins introduced its newest Flavor of the Month, perfect for candy-loving folks excited for trick-or-treating: Twix Caramel Crunch. The chain also dropped a sweet treat that proves not all pizza needs to be topped with cheese and pepperoni to be totally craveable.

Twix Caramel Crunch

Baskin-Robbins' newest Flavor of the Month, Twix Caramel Crunch, pairs salted caramel and malted chocolate ice cream flavors and adds pieces of both Twix candy bars and blonde cookie into the mix. The limited-time flavor is finished with swirls of salted caramel.

The chain is offering this flavor in a cup, cone or milkshake but don't wait — it’s available only while supplies last.

Spooktacular Polar Pizza

Customers can also try the flavor in the chain’s new Spooktacular Polar Pizza, which is a pre-sliced dessert that takes a chocolate chip cookie crust and slathers it with Twix Caramel Crunch ice cream, M&M’s, Halloween-themed sprinkles and, finally, a fudge topping.

Folks online reacted to this uniquely sugary pizza pie with considerable interest and plenty of jokes, with one X user posting, “god I love america.” Still, among the many folks curious about the dessert were some naysayers, wondering both about the treat’s sugar content and more.

“Rome is burning,” said one X user, and another wrote, “Seems like a sugar coma.”

Novelty Ice Cream Bars

Baskin-Robbins has also released new Novelty Ice Cream Bars in four flavors at shops nationwide: Mint Chocolate Chip, Jamoca Almond Fudge, Pralines ‘n Cream and Chocolate Chip.

Additionally, the chain is running a deal that can score spooky souls  its all-new treats for a no-tricks price. Starting Oct. 1 through Oct. 31, customers can purchase any Polar Pizza (including the new Spooktacular Polar Pizza) and any two Novelty Ice Cream Bar boxes for $31.
