What amenities must a $25 million Lake Tahoe house have?

On the market now, the 9,000-square-foot showstopper — at 7018 Villandry Circle, Truckee, California — is one of the highest priced residences in the Martis Camp, a community located near Northstar ski resort and about 15 miles from the shores of Lake Tahoe. The next highest home there comes in at $18 million and the average sales price is about $8.8 milllion.
