Funeral service held for Scottsdale Detective Ryan So
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - A funeral service was held on June 20 for a fallen Scottsdale Police detective.
Ryan So died a week ago after serving a search warrant. Police say he was accidentally shot by a rifle that fell out of a bag.
Services on Thursday were held at Highlands Church, located near Pinnacle Peak and Pima Roads. The service was open to law enforcement professionals, but not to the public.

Processions were held before and after the funeral service.
Westbound Pinnacle Peak Road, southbound Scottsdale Road and westbound Bell Road were shut down for the processions.

The procession to honor Detective Ryan So will take place Thursday, 6/20 at around 10:15 a.m.
· Hard closures will be held along the route (7.2 miles) until the end of the procession.
