Lynyrd Skynyrd cancels show at Sandia Resort & Casino

Sep. 25—Southern rockers Lynyrd Skynyrd announced the cancelation of its concert scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 29, at Sandia Resort & Casino.

The cancelation is due to the sudden illness of frontman Johnny Van Zant's daughter, according to a news release from the casino.

All credit card or debit card ticket transactions through Etix or the Sandia Resort & Casino Box Office will be automatically refunded within 30 days. Cash transactions can be refunded at the Sandia Resort & Casino Box Office during normal business hours. For cash transactions, patron must present the tickets and a valid ID.
