'The Mole' Season 2 cast: Who they are and where to find them online

“The Mole” is back for another season of group tasks, money-making opportunities and the series’ signature twist — betrayal.

Season 2 of the Netflix reality TV revival premiered on Friday, June 28, with five new episodes and 12 new contestants. But only 11 of those players are working together to put cash in the prize pot. The remaining contestant fills the titular role in the game, actively working against the group’s goals, sewing seeds of doubt amongst the others and making sure no one knows that they’re really the Mole.

This time around, however, the Mole will have an extra challenge in remaining undetected. That’s because the cast includes a few competitors who are professionals when it comes to looking out for suspicious behavior. Of course, one of them could use that expertise to cover their own tracks, since there’s no way to know who can be trusted.

The fun, for players and viewers alike, comes in figuring it out along the way. So before diving into the newly dropped hour-long episodes, check out our guide to all the contestants and see if any of them arouse suspicion.

Deanna Thompson, 50, works as a web sleuth. Viewers of Netflix’s “Don’t F**K With Cats: Hunting an Internet Killer” might remember her by her alias, Baudi Moovan. But while she’s used to investigating true crimes online, she could never deceive others. Allegedly.

She claims she’s not the Mole because: “I am an absolutely terrible liar. This isn’t a low-key brag … I wish I was better. I don’t know if it has something to do with being autistic, but always assumed that I lacked the nuance to do it well.”
