Friday’s recaps

Hickory Grove Christian scored its first touchdown when Reed Rhodes recovered a fumble in the South Wake end zone, and an interception by Stephen Dickey set up the hosts’ second score. Kevin Powell returned an interception 36 yards midway in the second quarter for Hickory Grove’s third touchdown.

The Lions intercepted five South Wake passes and recovered two fumbles.
