If you’re hoping to find something new at the South Carolina State Fair this year, you won’t be disappointed — at least where the food is concerned.

The Palmetto State’s largest annual event, the state fair returns Oct. 9 through Oct. 20 ash the South Carolina State Fairgrounds. This year will feature a host of new specialty foods and drinks for visitors to enjoy.

Here are all the new food options that the fair will offer this year.

Deep Fried Golden Oreo

It’s the classic southern treat with a twist. The Oreos are dipped in sweet, fluffy funnel cake batter and then fried.

Bubblelicious

The new concessionnaire Bubblelicious will offer innovative takes on classic comfort foods, from The Das Chicken and Waffle and The Mac Pop Waffle to the lemon pepper fries and the Cali fries. And don’t forget to try the their deep fried turkey wings or their surf and turf fries.

Mr. Seafood

This new concessionnaire will sell seafood with a twist. Dig into their seafood nachos or seafood fries. You can also have something more traditional, like their salmon bites, fried oyster basket or po’ boys.

Deep Fried Tacos

If you love tacos, then this new concessionnaire will be for you. From their deep-fried tacos to loaded nachos and Mexi Mac and cheese, there should be something for everyone.

Chipotle Chicken Bacon Ranch Sundae

Just the name of this new dish is a mouthful. The new food features crispy parmesan fries as the base, layered with vibrant green peppers, savory crumbled bacon and grilled chicken breast. The entire thing is drizzled with homemade chipotle ranch dressing.

Strawberry Dragon Fruit Lemonade

This new drink is a blend of tart lemonade and sweet fruit tea, infused with dragon fruit. A refreshing tropical treat as you wander through the fair.

Korean Corn Dog

This thing makes traditional corn dogs seem rather quaint. The Korean Hot Dog includes hot dog slices with fresh mozzarella cheese chunks threaded onto a stick. The combination is dipped in thick donut batter, rolled in panko and French fry pieces, then deep-fried. It is then topped with ketchup, mustard, sweet chili Thai sauce and Sriracha.

Rocket Iced Tea

The drink itself isn’t the real appeal here. You can get classic sweet tea, an Arnold Palmer or peach or raspberry flavored tea. What’s great is you can order one of these beverages in a new, huge cup that is shaped like the famous fairgrounds rocket.

Deep Fried Corn on a Stick

The name is pretty self explanatory. If you’re a big corn on the cob fan, you’ll likely want to check this out. It’s a 6-inch ear of corn skewered and seasoned before being coated in a buttermilk and egg mixture. It’s then rolled in a blend of flour, cornmeal and spices before being deep-fried. It’s then topped with a creamy mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese mixture. Guests will also get a packet of Cholula hot sauce.

Palmetto Kettle Corn

Enjoy traditional kettle corn or try the rich, buttery flavor of their movie theater butter popcorn.

Peach Cobbler Funnel Cake

It’s that warm, crispy funnel cake you know, but topped with a generous serving of peach cobbler. What’s not to love?

Poutine Burger

Feast on this flame-grilled burger topped with fresh-cut fries, warm cheese curds and rich gravy.

Campfire Dog

Feel like you’re camping with this juicy all-beef hot dog topped with baked beans and crispy applewood bacon.
