How to watch and stream the People's Choice Country Awards tonight

The People’s Choice Country Awards are returning for a second year to celebrate the best acts in country music. Below, find out how to watch and stream tonight's show — and follow along here for live updates here.

In 2023, the inaugural ceremony for the new award show was held, with country artists like Morgan Wallen, Jelly Roll, Laney Wilson and Dan + Shay taking home some of the biggest awards of the night.

This year, the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards will honor more stars when the awards ceremony kicks off on Thursday, Sept. 26 at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. Country music icon Shania Twain will serve as host for the evening.

Among the nominees are Beyoncé, Jelly, Roll, Kacey Musgraves, Kane Brown, Luke Combs, Zach Bryan, Wallen and Wilson, who all scored nominations for People’s artist of 2024. Chris Stapleton, Dolly Parton, Dan + Shay, Post Malone, Shaboozey and more artists were named as nominees, too.

Multiple musicians have already been named as performers and presenters, including those who will receive special awards. Miranda Lambert will be presented with The Country Icon — Award, which was announced exclusively on TODAY in August — to celebrate her decades-long career in country music and how her songs have impacted the industry.

Brown will also be honored with the “Country Champion Award” to recognize his “passion for service and groundbreaking contributions to the country music industry,” according to a press release.

So, who else is expected to hit the Grand Ole Opry stage? Read on to learn more about the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards and how you can tune in, below.
