Odessan accused of raping 3 girls

Jul. 10—An Odessa man was arrested Tuesday after three separate children told authorities he sexually assaulted them on multiple occasions over the last two years.

According to an Odessa Police Department report, officers received a call from Medical Center Hospital Sunday after a 12-year-old girl reported Bryan Adam Fallin had sexually assaulted her on Friday and on at least five other occasions beginning in 2023.

While investigating the girl's claims, two other girls, ages 13 and 14, said they, too had been sexually assaulted by Fallin, the report stated.

According to the report, "both outcries detailed matching methods of operation in the assault."

A sexual assault nurse examination was conducted on all three victims and there was evidence at least one of the girls had been sodomized, the report indicated.

Fallin was arrested on suspicion of aggravated sexual assault of a child. He remained in the Ector County jail Wednesday night on a $75,000 surety bond.
