OKC's Kevin Lee is taking on the titans of 'Bobby's Triple Threat' Tuesday. How to watch

Oklahoma City's chef Kevin Lee is set to make his return to the Food Network at 8 p.m. Tuesday as he takes on the titans of "Bobby's Triple Threat."

Lee is no stranger to time in the Food Network spotlight, having won against Iron Chef Alex Guarnaschelli on her show "Alex vs. America," as well as having competed on "Beat Bobby Flay," "Guy's Grocery Games" and "Superchef Grudge Match." Lee also competed on Season 5 of "Tournament of Champions," where he made it to the quarterfinals before being knocked out of the competition.

Lee will challenge Bobby Flay's Titans — Michael Voltaggio, Tiffany Derry and Brooke Williamson — needing to defeat all three for a shot at $25,000. As an added bonus, Williamson has something to prove in what could be an exciting a rematch, after Lee knocked her out of "Tournament of Champions" in the first round.

Who is chef Kevin Lee?

Lee was born in Norman but spent a lot of time moving around while growing up, with stints in Korea, Connecticut, Washington state and Oklahoma.

While studying hospitality management at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Lee took a basic cooking course and fell in love with the kitchen. Lee dropped out of college to pursue cooking full time and hasn't looked back.

A graduate of The Coach House Apprenticeship Program, throughout his career, Lee has worked for some of Oklahoma City's best restaurants. That includes time at Vast and as the culinary director for The Social Order, owners of The Jones Assembly; along with involvement — in menu planning and creation — at other concepts including Chae Modern Korean and Gogi Go.

Lee is now chef-owner Birdie's by Chef Kevin Lee, recently revamped from Birdie's Fried Fried Chicken to offer modern takes on Korean flavors.

Lee's episode of "Bobby's Triple Threat" airs at 8 p.m. Tuesday or can be streamed with subscriptions to Discovery+, Max or Hulu+ Live TV.
