Olivia Dunne and Paul Skenes Are 'All-Star Game Bound' as the Couple Jets Off to Texas
The LSU gymnast will join Skenes as he makes his historic MLB All-Star Game debut on Tuesday, July 16

On Sunday, July 14, the 21-year-old LSU gymnast gave her 5.3 million followers a peek inside the private plane she and Skenes, 22, took to Arlington, Texas with friends for the Pirates pitcher's All-Star debut.
Over a photo of herself and Skenes smiling on the runway, Dunne wrote in her Instagram Stories, “All-Star game bound!” and added a hand-heart emoji next to Skenes' username.
The athletic couple matched in all-black outfits and Nike sneakers, completing their looks with sunglasses as they looked ready for the upcoming All-Star Game on Tuesday, July 16.

With his selection this year, Skenes became the first MLB player to earn an All-Star nod in the season after getting drafted first overall, according to CNN.
In a second post on Instagram Stories, Dunne showed off the private plane's interior and wrote, "Squad up!" while tagging Dallas, Texas as the group's location.
Skenes was all smiles as he sat in the seat next to Dunne aboard the plane.

After the MLB announced Skenes' as an All-Star, Dunne congratulated her beau, who also played for LSU before making it in the MLB. The two celebrated his historic feat with balloons and pizza, as seen in a video on TikTok.
The couple's exciting trip comes just a few days after Dunne walked the carpet at the ESPYs on Thursday, July 11 in Los Angeles.
Speaking to PEOPLE on the red carpet before the show, the popular gymnast said she's "so excited for" and "proud of" Skenes, who she began dating while they were both student athletes at LSU.
They first sparked dating rumors when Dunne was seen wearing his jersey at the College World Series in June 2023. Two months later, Skenes confirmed his relationship with the gymnast during an interview with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
On July 8, Dunne announced that she'll be returning to LSU for a fifth year after she and the Tigers won the NCAA gymnastics championship in April.

She explained in a video announcement, “There’s something about putting on a purple and gold leotard. There’s something about competing in front of 13,000 screaming Tiger fans. There’s something about being pushed by your coaches to be your very best. And there’s something about being a part of a team that made school history.”
“And no matter how many opportunities come my way off the mat, there’s just something about LSU. And that’s why I’m here to say I’m not Dunne yet,” Dunne continued.
The 2024 MLB All-Star Game will be played at Globe Life Field on Tuesday, July 16. In addition to Skenes, stars like Dodgers superstar Shohei Ohtani and Yankees record-breaker Aaron Judge will also compete.
