Pets of the Week: Meet Griz and Blackbean

Griz is a male Shepherd/Rottweiler mix who is estimated to be about 6 to 7 years old. He was brought into the Humane Society Serving Crawford County on April 30 when his owner moved and was not allowed take him.

Griz is super sweet, loving and just a big silly boy. He sometimes forgets how big he is and tries to sit on your lap! He gets along with other dogs and cats, and he absolutely loves being around people.

Griz is neutered, so with an approved application, he could potentially go home with you the same day.

Blackbean is a 1-year-old male domestic short-haired cat. He was brought to the Humane Society on Feb. 6 when his owner could no longer care for him.

Blackbean is very loving, affectionate and playful. He has lived with other cats and children, and he enjoyed being around them both.
