The Prince of Wales is leaning into his new look.
Weeks after he sent royal fans abuzz by wearing stubbly facial hair in a video filmed for the Paris Olympics, Prince William has once again forgone the royal razor for his latest public engagement.
Fresh off a summer break with Princess Kate and their kids, the typically clean-shaven prince returned to the public eye on Thursday, when he ventured to London's Saatchi Gallery view the space's new Homelessness: Reframed exhibition.
The outing seemed to cement the fact that William's summer peach fuzz is more than just a phase. William paired his shortly-trimmed facial hair with a navy blue suit and a light blue dress shirt.
During his visit, William met with artists who contributed pieces for the exhibition, which aims to put a spotlight on the complexities of life for those experiencing homelessness.

Homelessness: Reframed is the product of a collaboration between the Saatchi Gallery, Eleven Eleven Foundation, and Homewards. William and Kate launched Homewards through the Royal Foundation back in 2023, and the program itself is an effort to shape the public narrative and fight against stereotypes on homelessness.
In 2022, William wrote about why he wants to help tackle the homelessness crisis in an essay for The Big Issue.
“I count myself extremely lucky to have a role that allows me to meet people from all walks of life, and to understand their full story—whatever it may be. It’s a privilege that many of us, busy with our days, don’t always afford,” he wrote. “And while I may seem like one of the most unlikely advocates for this cause, I have always believed in using my platform to help tell those stories and to bring attention and action to those who are struggling. I plan to do that now I’m turning 40, even more than I have in the past.”
