Today, Kate Middleton announced she is officially cancer free and finished with her chemotherapy treatment. The news was shared in tandem with a three minute long video (watch above), which was filmed in Norfolk last month, offering a rare glimpse into the Prince and Princess of Wales as a couple.

In the voiceover, Kate says, "This time has above all reminded William and me to reflect and be grateful for the simple yet important things in life, which so many of us often take for granted. Of simply loving and being loved." Since they married in a grand royal wedding in 2011, Prince William and Kate haven't been known for their public displays of affection. While they have shared some PDA moments over the years, this video is the first time royal watchers are really getting a glimpse of the couple when they let their guard down.

Many of the clips of the Prince and Princess in the video show them holding hands, or sitting quite close to each other. There's also a moment where they cuddle on a picnic blanket on the beach:

Throughout the video, Will and Kate are coordinating in blue outfits, as are their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

Kate concludes the video by saying, "Despite all that has gone before, I enter this new phase of recovery with a renewed sense of hope and appreciation of life. William and I are so grateful for the support we have received and have drawn great strength from all those who are helping us at this time. Everyone’s kindness, empathy and compassion has been truly humbling. To all those who are continuing their own cancer journey – I remain with you, side by side, hand in hand. Out of darkness, can come light, so let that light shine bright."
