This week, the 96-year-old monarch shared a heartfelt tribute on social media in honor of Princess Anne’s 72th birthday on August 15. The post featured a personal message from the queen, along with a photo of Princess Anne wearing a floral outfit with a matching purple hat.

Fans filled the comments section with well-wishes for Princess Anne. One person wrote, “A very Happy Birthday to Her Royal Highness Princess Royal Anne.
