I tested it for a month and can confirm that it left me with longer, fuller lashes that fooled people into thinking I was wearing extensions. Not to mention, the easy-on applicator brush is similar to a lip gloss wand, so all you have to do is swipe a thin layer onto your entire brow (using the flatter side) and then use the pointed tip to apply the serum to the upper lash line. Oh, and did I mention the product is vegan, hypoallergenic, prostaglandin-free and ophthalmologist-tested for sensitive eyes? You can't go wrong, especially now that it's on sale for just under $40.
4. Kosas Wet Lip Oil Gloss
