Scott Crawford will open his new steakhouse this year. Here’s what it will look like

The steakhouse will never go out of style, especially when it looks like this.

After nearly six years of anticipation, Scott Crawford is set to open his largest restaurant later this year.

We’re now getting our first look at the stylings of the ambitious Crawford Brothers Steakhouse, as Crawford released new renderings of the restaurant this month. The details include giant floor-to-ceiling windows, offering views into the kitchen and cocktail bar, plus glimpses into the steakhouse’s signature in-house dry-aging room, which supplies the restaurant’s beef.

“One of the most exciting themes is our idea of putting everything on display to emphasize this dining experience as an elevated one, and give a glimpse into the layers of detail behind every aspect of what we do,” Crawford said in a press release.

“The main design driver extends from Scott’s desire to bring patrons an exclusive experience,” said Mauer Architecture’s designer Liezl Pacult in a release. “This has truly been one of the best and most fulfilling projects I’ve worked on, mostly credited to a wonderful collaboration with Scott Crawford, his concept for Crawford Brothers Steakhouse, and the mastery of his craft.”

The steakhouse is set to open this fall, and at 4,500 square feet it’s by far the largest Crawford project to date, with room for 120 seats spanning the dining room, two private dining spaces and a cocktail bar.

“Crawford Brothers presents an exciting opportunity for us to explore another timeless restaurant experience,” said Crawford in a release. “Crawford Brothers is another dream come true for my family and team; we’re beyond excited to give our extremely talented team a new challenge, and support this area’s growth with a beautiful steakhouse experience.”
