The mission of rage room is to help release inner emotions in a safe environment by breaking an assortment of items without the cleanup.

They offer a variety of packages to book whether it is a solo rage, family frenzy or event.

Prices vary from $25 to $40 per person. Event pricing starts at $200.

All participants must sign a waiver before entering the rage room.

Children ages 8 to 17 are allowed to participate, but a parent or legal guardian must be present.

There is a required dress code to ensure the safety of participants, so make sure to be dressed properly before heading to the rage room. Everyone must wear closed-toe shoes and is advised to wear comfortable pants and a long-sleeve shirt.

Although the rage room is a source for entertainment and temporary stress relief, The Mental Break makes a point to emphasize it is not a replacement or fix for mental health issues.

On their website they include contact information for crisis hotlines and local mental health agencies.

To contact The Mental Break, email thementalbreak@thementalbreakllc.com.

Once the rage room officially opens, hours of operation will be Wednesday and Thursday 4-10 p.m., Friday 4-11 p.m., Saturday Noon-11 p.m. and Sunday Noon-8 p.m.
