Snoop Dogg Is Having the Best Time Ever at the Olympics and We Have the Photos to Prove It

Snoop Dogg has his mind on the Olympics and the Olympics on his mind.

The rapper, 52, arrived in Paris ahead of Friday's opening ceremony to take part in some of the pre-game festivities, and from serving as a torchbearer to cheering on Simone Biles and Coco Gauff from the sidelines, he has been one of Team USA's biggest fans while not busy working as a commentator for NBC. (Seriously, just check his Instagram feed!)

One of the Team

Before the games officially kicked off on July 26, Snoop Dogg was on the ground early and had the chance to try on some Ralph Lauren gear at the Team USA Welcome Experience on July 21.

Personal Style

And for the star-studded Prelude to the Olympics gala, Snoop pulled out all the stops with his look that included a shimmery blazer and dazzling accessories.

Passing the Torch

Ahead of the opening ceremony, Snoop rocked a white Olympic tracksuit as he paraded the torch through the Paris suburb of Saint-Denis as a torchbearer.

“It was emotional for all of us to see the champ holding that torch and walking up there. This is my own version of it,” Snoop said on a call with NBC sportscaster Mike Tirico about how taking on the role made him think back to when Muhammad Ali made a surprise appearance to light the Olympic cauldron at the 1996 Atlanta Games, the Washington Post reported. “I don’t want to get too emotional, but I know that this is special.”

Cool Shades

So far, Snoop has stood out in the crowd for his epic on-theme outfits including, of course, a pair of these Olympic shades.

Simone Stan

When it was time to cheer on Team USA during the artistic gymnastics women's qualification on July 28, Snoop sported a shirt with Simone Biles' face on it under his personalized jacket.

“We‘re giving Snoop Dogg’s shirt a perfect 10,” NBC Sports captioned a video of him in the special threads.

An Eye-Popping Performance

Biles gave a stellar performance that day, despite tweaking her calf during warmups, and Snoop was not shy to show off his excitement.

Time for Tennis

Snoop teamed up with tennis legend Billie Jean King to catch some tennis during the 2024 games. For the meet-up, which both stars shared on their Instagram accounts, Snoop was sporting a Coco Gauff shirt.

Hometown Heroes

With a selfie posted to Instagram, King shared that it was the first time meeting the rapper despite their shared history.

"Both of us were born and raised in Long Beach, California, and graduated from Long Beach Polytechnic High School," she wrote. "LBC forever in our hearts."

Keeping Cool

On July 29, as the temperatures in Paris soared, Snoop tried to stay out of the sun by throwing his jacket over his head during the men's street skateboarding final. In addition, he also got some help from a pocket fan he held in front of his face.
