Springsteen set list could hit three hours; what you’ll hear at Philly shows

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band are coming to Philadelphia tonight and Friday night.

The Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band 2024 World Tour is set for a 7:30 p.m show at Citizens Bank Park both nights. Gates will open at 6 p.m.

Springsteen has been on tour overseas during the summer and is now on a cross-country tour in the states. This week's performances were rescheduled from their originals dates last year.

The 74-year-old rock star and his band should hit the stage just after the 7:30 p.m. start time. There is no opening band, which means Springsteen will immediately launch into his deep set list.

What’s on Bruce Springsteen’s set list?

While the Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band 2024 World Tour shows have run approximately 3 hours long with an average of about 27 songs, they have all varied from number of songs in his encore to the actual playlists he sings.

What can be expected are his biggest hit songs and fan favorites, such as “Badlands,” “The River,” “Hungry Heart,” “Jungleland” or “The Rising.” His own personal favorites should be expected, such as “Born to Run,” “Thunder Road,” “Nebraska” and “Racing in the Street.”

The tour stop at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh earlier this week included a 23-song set list, followed by two encores, the first with five songs and then a single-song second encore of “I'll See you in My Dreams.”

Are tickets still available?

Tickets can be purchased directly at Citizen's Bank Park for August 21 or August 23.
