Star readers show how they colored their way to the Super Bowl with our activity pages

All week leading up to the Super Bowl, The Star is publishing original original coloring and activity pages drawn by our illustrator Neil Nakahodo. We’ve shared his epic Patrick Mahomes coloring page, a fairy tale inspired illustration of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, and Pacheco charging for a first down.

See them all and download your own here.

We invited readers to show us how you make these illustrations their own. Here are some of our favorite colored pages that readers have sent back. You can add yours by emailing a picture of your colored page to ssteele@kcstar.com, or direct message it to @thekansascitystar on Instagram.

This year’s Super Bowl is special not only because it’s the second year in a row for the Chiefs, but also because of Travis and Taylor!” Claudette Borchers wrote The Star. “I thought the boat deserved a name, so I named it after one of Taylor’s songs that she wrote in 2010. Also, what else could the pictured castles represent other than Chiefs Kingdom, and what other color should they be but red? Go CHIEFS!!” Claudette Borchers
