Stunning San Francisco home boasts ample turntable parking, ‘Cabo’-like climate. How much is it?

A fabulous San Francisco home — complete with a roof deck, state-of-the-art movie theater and parking for up to eight cars on a vehicle turntable — has hit the market for $22 million.

The reconstructed property in Cow Hollow spans 7,000-square-feet of living space over four levels. There’s a wellness center, wine room, spa with steam room and an infinity pool.

That’s not all.

Because San Francisco’s weather can be surprisingly cold for a California city, some home buyers might find the property’s locale, as described in the official property listing, the most exciting feature.

“This private, wind-protected oasis feels more Malibu or Cabo than San Francisco,” the listing says about the property’s microclimate.

The residence, originally built in 1906, is located at 2567 Union Street, San Francisco. It’s one of the priciest homes for sale in the city.

“Ideal for entertaining, the main level boasts tremendous scale and flow with seamless connectivity to the south-facing outdoor space,” the property listing states.

The bedroom level has four “en-suites” and laundry facilities. The private primary bedroom is rear facing.

The roof deck is accessed through a retractable skylight. From the sky lounge, there’s a glass wall that opens up to panoramic views of the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and Telegraph Hill.

Other features include an elevator to all levels, water filtration system, lutron lighting system, multiple wet bars, custom light fixtures, top-notch appliances, hidden speakers in the ceiling, air conditioning, an advanced movie theater and integrated security systems.
