Taylor Swift looked like she was pulled straight out of the ’90s teen comedy Clueless when she stepped out in London on Tuesday night to host a bash for her Eras Tour staff.

The pop star, who tends to lean preppy with her style, opted for a full 1990s schoolgirl fit that was also somehow also very Tortured Poets Department–core—think those ruffled poet blouses that male litterateurs wore during the Renaissance.

The ensemble in question was composed of a boxy double-breasted blazer plus a matching miniskirt—both pieces in a green, red, white, and black plaid. The blazer was cropped at the waist and the sleeves, and the “Fortnight” singer layered it over a white ruffled poet shirt with bell sleeves.

Swift continued the frilly look with Mary Jane block heels by Sézane in a polished pistachio shade, which she wore with little white ankle socks. To accessorize, she carried a brown micro bag and wore dangly silver earrings.

As always, the 14-time Grammy winner finished her look with her signature bright red lip.

Swift’s August 13 (a wink to her lucky number) London bash comes after her Eras Tour broke attendance records at Liverpool’s Anfield stadium during her three consecutive shows in June. Later, Swift continued her tour in Cardiff, Wales, followed by shows at London’s Wembley Stadium and some in Dublin.

The singer will return to Wembley for five additional nights, from August 15 to 20. She is set to then wrap up her history-making tour with dates in Miami, New Orleans, Indianapolis, Toronto, and finally Vancouver, British Columbia, in Canada.

“Thank you to everyone who has come to any of the shows on the Eras Tour,” Swift said in an Instagram post in June. “It’s been the adventure of a lifetime because of you.”
