Al revealed the father-daughter duo are embarking on a book tour throughout the East Coast, where he and Courtney will talk about all things cooking and writing, The first stop will occur in New York City's NBC Bookstore on the book's publishing day, with the final appearance being at the Scarsdale Adult School in Scarsdale, New York on December 11.

"My favorite chef @ouichefroker and I are hitting the road this fall to chat, laugh and cook a few things from AL ROKER'S RECIPES TO LIVE BY!" he proudly announced on August 8. "Head to the 🔗 in my bio to RSVP for a live tour event near you. See you there!"

Given how fans are already excited about Al's upcoming collaborative project, it was no surprise they were equally ecstatic about the prospect of seeing him live.

"👏 This is so exciting!" one person wrote in the comments. "Awesome! Hope I can join one of your NYC events!" another shouted out. "Love you Al, can't wait 🙌," a different follower added.

While folks are eager to see what dishes Al and Courtney whipped up, there's one concoction that fans already have thoughts about. Posting a photo of a piece of tuna encrusted in Cap'n Crunch, he shared that readers will have the opportunity to taste what was one of his other daughter Leila's childhood favorite meals.

"My girl, @leilaroker requested I make her #capncrunch crusted tuna with a spicy sauce," he captioned the post on Instagram on August 19. "It was one of her childhood faves. And the recipe is coming out in my new #cookbook with @ouichefroker Al Roker's Recipes To Live By on October 15th."
