This week, Bud Light releases a UK beer can, more Red Lobster restaurant locations will close, Olive Garden brings back their "Never Ending Pasta Bowl" promotion and Pizza Hut releases moving box tables.

Bud Light unveils limited-edition college football team cans

Bud Light is celebrating the return of football season by rolling out its "biggest collection of college team packaging yet," Anheuser-Busch announced Tuesday.

Football season has returned and Bud Light is celebrating by releasing cans for 26 college football teams across the country with "official team colors and prominent team logos."

(Oh, and the University of Kentucky is one of them thought the University of Louisville is not.)

The cans are available everywhere Bud Light is sold, the company said.

Anheuser-Busch also announced that the college team packaging features a QR code fans can scan for more information on how to win a trip to an away game of your choice. To learn more, fans 21 years old and older can scan the QR code or visit www.budlight.com/easytogameday.

According to Bud Light, the full list of the 26 teams available are:

Pumpkin Spice Latte returns to Dunkin'

The fall menu returns Wednesday, August 28 at Dunkin' and includes the Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte.

The return of the Dunkin' fall menu, including pumpkin-flavored items, is now available.

“Whether guests are craving the classic pumpkin treats, loaded hash browns or trying something new, like our coffee milk latte, the Dunkalatte, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy at Dunkin’ this fall,” said Beth Turenne, Vice President of Category Marketing at Dunkin', in the news release.

Here's a look at the entire fall menu, with product descriptions provided by Dunkin'.

  • Dunkalatte (New): A coffee milk latte, crafted by combining coffee milk with rich espresso.

  • Almond Spice Coffee (New): Original Blend of iced or hot coffee with sweet pumpkin and toasted almond flavors and almond milk.

  • Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte: Available hot or iced and crafted with rich espresso and milk, paired with sweet pumpkin and vanilla flavors, warm fall spices, and topped with whipped cream, caramel drizzle and cinnamon sugar.

  • Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich: A fried egg and white cheddar cheese in a flaky croissant. Maple Sugar Snackin' Bacon is also available on its own or in the Maple Sugar Bacon Wake-Up Wrap.

  • Loaded Hash Browns: Crispy hash browns topped with warm cheddar queso and crumbled bacon on top.

  • Banana Chocolate Chip Loaf: A slice of banana bread studded with mini chocolate chips, pre-packaged to take on the go.

  • Apple Cider Donut: Back for the first time since 2021

  • Pumpkin Bakery Lineup: Starring the Pumpkin Muffin, Pumpkin Donut and Pumpkin Munchkins

Pizza Hut offers free 'moving box table' in select cities

Pizza Hut wants to be part of your move, dropping Moving Box Table make dining a bit simpler during a hectic time.

Moving to a new place and don't have a proper dining room set up yet? Pizza Hut is helping by offering a free Moving Box Table — in select cities.

While not available in Kentucky, it is available to those moving in Dallas, Charlotte and Orlando, three of the most popular U.S. cities to move to, according to Pizza Hut, who cite Penske's 2023 Top Moving Destinations list.

The Moving Box Table is available while supplies last and comes free with any and all carryout orders that consist of a large menu-priced pizza, according to Pizza Hut.

Olive Garden's Never Ending Pasta Bowl returns

Olive Garden announced Monday its "most popular" promotion, the Never Ending Pasta Bowl, is available beginning August 26.

Olive Garden's "Never Ending Pasta Bowl" promotion returns for a limited time.

The restaurant's "most popular" promotion is available until Nov. 17 nationwide starting at $13.99 and features endless pasta along with "unlimited amounts" of breadsticks and soup or salad.

Customers also have the choice to add never-ending toppings for $4.99, according to Olive Garden.

According to Olive Garden, the full pasta menu for the promotion features:

  • Pastas: Fettuccine, Spaghetti, Rigatoni and Angel Hair

  • Sauces: Made-from-scratch Creamy Mushroom (vegetarian), Traditional Marinara (vegan), Five Cheese Marinara (vegetarian), Traditional Meat Sauce, and Alfredo (vegetarian)

  • Toppings: Meatballs, Italian Sausage, and Crispy Chicken Fritta

Red Lobster announces more closures. Here's where.

In April, Red Lobster announced almost 100 restaurant locations would close across the U.S., with several set to close in Kentucky.

Now, Red Lobster announced even more closures.

No new closings were announced in Kentucky as part of the latest announcement. However, it was previously announced that these locations in the state would close:

  • Elizabethtown: 2020 N Dixie Ave.

  • Florence: 7921 Dream Street

  • Lexington: 2550 Nicholasville Road and 1848 Alysheba Way

  • Louisville: 4639 Outer Loop

  • Owensboro: 3410 Frederica Street

  • Paducah: 5151 Hinkleville Road

  • Richmond: 828 Eastern Bypass

  • St. Matthews: 986 Breckenridge Lane
