Luckily for you, insatiable horror fan, Hunter Schafer's newest movie Cuckoo is set to be next up in your rotation. The best part? She's about to become your favorite final girl and it'll cut your Halloween viewing essentials down a size — it's a win-win.
Cuckoo sees Schafer starring as a teenager named Gretchen, who moves to the German Alps with her father (played by Marton Csokas). But since nothing in horror movies ever goes exactly the way the main character plans, shit gets weird when Gretchen's dad is haunted by strange occurrences, and his boss embroils her family in a sinister plot. Cuckoo's release has been a long time in the making—it first had its world premiere at the 74th Berlin International Film Festival on February 16, but didn't *officially* hit theaters in the United States until August 9—so no, it isn't available to stream yet. If you're a die hard Neon fan, take notes: Deadline reported that Neon and Hulu signed "a multi-year output licensing agreement for all of Neon’s upcoming films and content. Under terms of the deal, Neon’s future titles will be available to stream exclusively on Hulu after their theatrical release." This means that Cuckoo will arrive on Hulu!
TBD on exactly when Cuckoo will show up on streaming. Neither Neon or Hulu have announced when Cuckoo will be available to watch on the platform, but all of Neon's flicks go on Hulu a few months after its release. TL;DR—patience, my darling.

Hate to break it to you, but Neon and Hulu's deal is pretty ironclad, meaning that it's extremely unlikely that it will be available to watch for free outside of Hulu. The movie can still be yours if you're willing to purchase it on digital, though.
